Originally from Kentucky, after high school he attended Western Kentucky University for his undergraduate degree in Animal Science. Then he went on to attend Auburn University of Veterinary Medicine to earn his DVM in 2007. From there he started his first job as a an associate veterinarian in Sandy Springs. After working for some time, he decided to open NMAH in 2014. Dr. Bishop shares his home with three standard poodles, a mini poodle, Koi fish, and turtles. He enjoys fishing, hiking, Koi, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Jennifer DiCicco grew up in the sunshine state of Florida. There she attended Florida State University for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Biology. From there, she went on to St. Matthews University for Vet school, and completed her clinical studies at North Carolina State University of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Dr. DiCicco completed a small animal rotating internship at Auburn University and a specialty internship in internal medicine and critical care at North Carolina State. Prior to joining NMAH, she was an associate and emergency veterinarian.
Dr. DiCicco is married to an Internal Medicine Veterinarian, and they have 2 daughters, a son, and a golden retriever named Norman. In her free time she is with her family outdoors, preferably somewhere on a beach.
Kalyn is originally from Chicago and moved to Georgia in 2003. After graduating high school, she went to obtain an associates degree and a national certification in Phlebotomy. Initially in the human medical field, she changed her focus to animals and has not turned back since. In 2017 she graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State. She has been here at NMAH since its opening in 2014. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her standard poodle, Kendrick Lamar, family and friends.
Keyonna is originally from North Carolina. She has been in GA for 15 years. She has been working with animals for 9 years in varies compacities like kennels, daycare, rescue, and tech. She has 2 dogs, Sugar and Spice, and two cats, Bagheera and Honey Bee. She joined NMAH staff as a CSR in Aug 2020. In her free time she enjoys reading, video gaming, and hobby writing.
